Has anyone got any experience of compartment syndrome? What exactly it feels like, and how to get over it?
Just speculating, in my usual hypochondriac style, whether I might have picked up this injury. I've had a niggle in my calf (on the inside edge, right behind the tibia) for about 10 days. I did a LSR 18 miles on Tuesday during which it niggled away. But then each day's run since has got it feeling worse and worse, and yesterday's really make me say 'ouch' to myself! It's sore to the touch for 10 or so minutes after running, and then all but disappears (until the next time I run).
Any advice greatly greatly appreciated.......
