Spirit ....Since my last injury i've accumulated thousands of kilometres of running in my local woods and in my other secret spring training destinations.
I've been running at gradually increasing intensities to prepare a huge foundation from which to peak at The National Cross Country Champs in Sunderland. All else, even Radcliffe tomorrow i consider to be only preparation.
