Well... missed Fan Fawr.... off to see aged parent this week-end so will miss Sugar Loaf (shame, its a good race)... and can probably think of a very good reason for missing Blorenge (). Not going to be the year when I rise majestically to the top of the leaderboard!!

I shant be doing Sugarloaf either :-( and was hoping to improve massively on last years time...
But I went over on my ankle badly last weekend somewhere in the Borrowdale area ;-) so am giving it a rest till next week, as I have leg 10 of the High Peaks Relay to race...
Never done the Blorenge, may give that a try this year :-)
