    dig deep peak ultra

I have entered the intro ultra and emailed the oraganisers if there is a route description/map. Not heard anything back yet and wandering if any one knows the route at all?

Yes I'm working on it. It's taken over from Ultra last year.

Ian - the fee includes a map - do you know if we get this in advance of the day or on the day
Final question - at the feed stations any idea what sort of stuff will be on offer?

Just want to start training properly and work out how much fluids/food to carry etc

    Cheers

Not sure on the food this year yet but last year there was water, juice and energy bars, gels, sweets, malt loaf, biscuits. there was also two main feed stations where sandwichs pasties, tea, coffee, etc. were available. There was also a 2 food drops, one was at Moscar which you pass through twice. I think thats the plan again so you can pack some of your own food and take what you want then pick up the rest after your trip out to Lost lad/back tor.

I believe the map goes out before the event but I'll check.

Sorry if thats a bit vague but my resposibilities tend to be up on the hill and getting the marshalls in to the right spot.
