    Gentlemen, (and girls if applicable)

I am shocked at the number of you so worried about your wives/girlfriends/husbands seeing your e-mail and shopping/viewing history, esp if it affects Christmas purchases, so a quick and dirty download for you:

    http://www.ccleaner.com/

Just pop this fellow on your Desktop and click on it when you have made purchases or comments 'er indoors might not like and domestic harmony continues. Clearly as freeware it won't protect you from the Met or GCHQ but we are only talking frilly underwear and expensive torches after all, right!!

For those of you spilling over with gratitude towards me, this might give you inspiration:

    Cheers Softie,

Like the avatar but MdS 22!!! I drifted around the course in year 12, when it was a real race - is that why you call yourself Softie or are we looking at a personal 'difficulty', could happen to anybody so hope the shopping helped!

Just kidding, try this (sorry the vid quality is not too great, use your imagination)

    Dominion,

Feast your eyes on the attachment once again, then look at my pictures. Take your pic(k).

Would have been great to have hired the Satanic Sluts for the FRA annual bash after the AGM would'nt it!!

Lola, you know when the equipment regs says taped seams..... Well I'm not sure some of the stuff on the previous websites will pass.

Anyway, I've just ordered a Hope Vision 1 LED bike light. Which would you really prefer in your stocking?? Or would you just prefer the stockings?

I really should be on the road to Durham by now!

Just clicked on Lola's avatar...it says you've had 400 visitors (not surprising given most fell runners don't get out much except on the fells!!) but you seem to be lacking in friends!! Come on all you unmarried guys...a fell running girl with an avatar like that should not be without friends
