Me too, well I've hardly been on bike for years and when I dabbled with triathlons it was the cycling section that let me down.

That said you don't have to do all 5 races, I may settle for the first 3 running style events.

You hoping to win it this year marshalini? You came close last year, I seem to recall, coming home second despite a bad route choice. I bet it wasn't as bad as my choice of route - I ended up thigh deep in gorse bushes for a minute or two.
I know the best route now though. Unless it snows!

I've just found out that the visitor centre has been booked with Oneplanet for Friday 23rd Jan 7.00pm onwards for the Wrecsam Tri "Xmas" do.

Maybe it's from the Plough in Llandegla again, like in some previous years. That route had a nice steady descent to the finish!
