Just a couple of pints from here

Dam fine ale it was too.
A 3.8% and a 6% both with excellent taste and body.
Many thanks to Gav for his donation after last nights run.

A cracking little brewery that - haven't CVFR managed to get them to sponsor the Cragg Vale race yet?!

Was pleasantly surprised to find that Asda have improved their Bottled ales section with greater range of local beers - picked up a Naylors Pinnacle Bitter, Saltaire Fuggles and Rudgate Battleaxe tonight - only had the Fuggles so far.

All the runners last night seemed to be going for Inkie Pinkie from the Inveralmond brewery! And a fine refreshing pint it was too. Also beers from Phoenix, George Wright and Cottage on the bar at the Collie.

I did indeed - particularly the mild Ilkley Black!

Like the Leeds Brewery over the past 3 years and Copper Dragon over the past 5 years or so Ilkley Brewery is quickly building up a good reputation for quality ales

Bishops Castle 1642 at the Goldie tonight! How can we go wrong with these wonderful alehouses in this neck of the woods! Races up the mountain and ales in the alehouse!

Well done to all the Freckled Cow Racers today by the way.

Is this Banks's Lion's Roar OHW? Promising to start with but wouldn't win any medals - just like the team I suppose!
