Just drinking a bottle of this
I had my first "bad pint" of Tim Taylor's Landlord yesterday It looked ok but it wasn't just right so I changed to Phoenix Brewery "Spotland Gold" which was very hoppy but not a bad session beer as I was having a session at the time watching the City - Arsenal game.
No country for old men.
Krohn Porto Colheita 1982
Ok, no Ale obviously. But proving to be a lovely tipple. Especially as it's present with a cheese board.
My word I do love Port.

was supping a good few pints of, Tynebank brewery - Monument last night, a fine ruby red ale
i've had both. Mostly on holidays in Northumberland. Mordue was the better of the two as i recall! I have found a few bottles of Workie Ticket down here in the past and always snap it up. I think it is on of the best bitters around; amazing malt profile, lovely lingering bitterness and extremely drinkable.
your asumpstion about Yorkshire pubs stockign Yorkshire booze is pretty accurate. There's a few near me that have up to 8 on at a time, half of which are sub standard - but from Yarksha.
