Cycling books and a nice little cycling allen key set for the road. Its a top peak ultra light set. Cool or what.
Oh and Paul Smith socks.
Kendal mint cake - chocolate coated of course, Grasmere gingerbread, Fentiman's gingerbeer - in huge bottles, super book of Lakeland scenes, pannetone, cantuccini, and 2 autobiographies - Sugar and Fry. So plenty of carbs and something to look at/read whilst recovering - what else could a runner want? ( Answer: fell runner's diary!)
Absolutley nothing! Which is great as it means I can make up for it by spending bucket loads on more tat that I really need...
