I may stand to be corrected, but i think i've read that you have to be 6?

Try one of the Kendal Winter league races- there are tonnes of kids, really friendly, cheap and all fairly local. I am sure I have seen teenies run in the past

Or try one of the woodentops races - Quarry runs beofre adult races. They also have smaller juniors.

I've seen smaller juniors there too running with their parents, she's going to watch her brother at the Stanbury Splash junior runs so i'll just ask on the day

fell and mountains are a lot different to x-country and road so its hard to say but on some races your speed would help allot
