    Corndon Classic.

Anyone doing this new race tomorrow (as in resurrected old race route)? Missus and I shall be marshalling, top of Roundton I think - so say hello .

I would be supporting this, but I've a got an orienteering event at Hafod, near Aberystwyth tomorrow. Drat!!

If you see 6' 3" of loveliness in a Clwydian Rangerunner vest say hi! I've just looked at the map and it looks like a toughie!

No idea what the route is, but it's got the 3 hills in, so should be a good run out. And I have to walk all the way to the top of one of them .

Great course - good fun but I had to go and put my foot down a rabbit hole on Roundton. Apparently it's a nature reserve so they don't shoot the rabbits and the hill is riddled with warrens. Going down for some medicine shortly.

I quite enjoy this marshalling, watching other people suffer coming up the hills . Mind you Andy was going well, not sure how anyone can run that fast uphill without looking like they are suffering . Good win. Even his dad sounded b******d.
