GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR YOU SILLY BOY!

Inhaled 'all the way' and not confident you've coughed it up combined with 'feeling rough' that suggests an immune system working hard.

Go see you Doctor asap. You only get one chest full of lungs and they are pretty vital to your sport. Your choice is 'embarassment at wasting the Doctor's time' OR 'regret for the rest of your life at not going to see the Doctor'.

I'd say for a runner its a no-brainer: go see your Doctor.

turns out I just have a common cold - again - and it was nothing to do with the race crispy after all.

Still think I will stick to porridge in future though - you can never be too careful Thank you for your concern !

Not quite a rice crispie but this morning I inhaled....................cat food

    bleugh!!

I fed the cat but before I washed my hands inadvertantly wiped my itchy nose, next thing I know I'm smelling rotten fish and trying in vain to rid my nostrils of Whiskers Salmon in jelly.............................NOT reccomended

God - I can still smell the stuff

i'm not keen on cats. Dogs though, dogs are great. Unless they are little dogs, little dogs are no better than cats. Medium sized dogs, thats what you want.

Got a different brand in Tesco today - gone for the Felix as good as it looks stuff, then in that case it may be marginally less disgusting than whiskers in jelly?!!
