I hope to get some more races unde rmy belt next year but would dearly love to get another one in before this year is out. Does anyone know of a 'nice' race I can try preferably up in North Wales area?

Struggled with sore knees all week - is this normal?

i've struggled with aches and pains everywhere since taking up fell running so yep, its pretty normal
Not sure of wales races, are you prepared to travel at all?

Get in touch with Han (Haneke) - she lives that way out and maybe able to advise you of local North Wales run races that may not be in the FRA calendar

There are a few Welsh based runners on here I'm sure someone can be more specific

It's not in Wales but near enough....the Cardington Cracker in Shropshire is an, erm, cracker. 1st weekend in december...

I think for North East Wales its got to be Welsh Harrier &/or Fellrunner.
