...Presentation.
At uni, we have to do an I.T portfolio, and today we where told we have to make a powerpoint about anything we wanted.....so i chose fell running.
I've introduced what fell running is (The majority of people in my class dont even know what a "fell" is.)
I mentioned a few big name race's - and the bob graham.
And ive done a slide ' my fell running'.
Any other ideas for what i should shove in.

If you need to show off your IT skills, you could try popping a bit of that in!!

Al, will you be giving the presentation in front of the class or just producing a powerpoint that can be viewed by anyone at anytime i.e. is it intended to have a speakers commentary or not?
I'll try and find my notes on giving conference presentations for you - has useful stuff about design of powerpoint slides.
If you are giving the presentation yourself, I highly recommend having a practice or three in front of a video camera. Might feel strange the first time but it's great for polishing up your performance - you find out all the nervous mannerisms you didn't know you had!

Tell him to come and have a go if he thinks he's gay enough.

Truthfully, they will all be sneakily admiring you as in '.....you run up what??'
How about including a bit of history..y'know, earliest races, when FRA was set up. And a bit of drama...scariest races and so on. Some of the photo's from Edale last year are horrendous! I'm sure Breezy and Britta might be able to help!

Al, you should PM No.6 on this. He has done powerpoints on just about every route that he has ever run - geography teacher, wouldn't you guess!
