I think that "clear" is a bit optimistic, but definately at the Chardonnay end of the spectrum, as opposed to the barley wine.
If only Dulux did a chart?
Think too that there should be a chart for the strength of tea preferred:- the "chicken soup to Bovril scale". It would take the guesswork out of brewing up for friends/colleagues: simply point to the tone that suits your tastebuds (+ any suitable tag...."no. 3, light tan") and you're away!
