    The Ups and Downs of Fell Racing

    What an honour to be the first to post in the new forum. I thought the two were photos were apt as the 'agony' and 'ecstasy' (I think that's what he on) of fell running:

    Thought it would be nice to look at the first ever thread on the forum and I have to admit that it is my favorite. I think we can all relate to both the ecstacy and agony of fell running

    Yep, he stills runs fells and is an active committee member and ex Chairman of Stainland Lions. (Colin Hughes, great bloke)

    Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.
