But hating them is just what they want us to do. So don't fall into their trap. If you really want to upset them, you need to be really kind and friendly to them.

Ah, you're right! The old Satre-esque existence precedes essence inversion of natural logic. Those conniving froggies!Mon dieu! Je suis encore tombé dans le piège

    Good Moaning...

Actually i watched an episode of Allo Allo last night... within two minutes i'd heard the phrases "trollop" and "oily wop"....

For some reason i couldn't see Allo Allo being sanctioned by the tv authorities these days!!

Not quiet around here today as I was wrestling with a noisy rotavator up the allotment.

Also had a good fire going, as the wind was in the right direction, and other allotment holders contributed their cuttings to the flames.

Topics similar to our threads discussed, such as Vaccinations, Exercise, Food and of course "The Sussexes"

So who did you all pick on to cop the smoke? Presumably you had been waiting for the wind to blow in their direction and they have the washing on the line? 👍.
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

I had a surprise visit from my brother and my nephews, who came for a quick chat outside the house.

They had been to a local country park and fed the ducks, kicked a football round, and my eldest nephew was full of the joys of spring, and absolutely beaming to be going back to school monday.

We also had a little guessing game, where he guessed that i was 100 inches tall and weighed 8 stone... which i think would drop my BMI quite alarmingly.

The allotments are on the north side of the village with a few houses a couple of hundred yards to the east so as long as the wind is in the arc from SW to SE everyone is happy.

However when the wind suddenly changes direction .........

WTF! Ilkley got the 'north and north-east' regional title. It's not even in the bleedin' north, it's more top of the midlands.

The aware should have gone to Barnard Castle. Why on earth couldn't they have SEEN that?
