    Evening Ady,

Nice one on the running front. Managed to up my running a lot over the last few weeks with a few road races thrown in.

What a wet afternoon and evening was going to go to the Sale Sizzler but weather put me off so went on my usual short run..

I might see a race this July - my 1st as a V40!! Will take another look at the diary after I've had a few more trots. Don't think I've raced since Anni Waltz.

Foot is still no good. Had another appointment at the fracture clinic today and no running for 4 month was mentioned but I don't want to hear that! I'm getting an orthotic support fitted into my work shoes to take the weight off it a bit. Went back to work yesterday and just done a 12 hour shift today so it's swolen and very painful right now...hoping the wine will help!
How are you doing? Is the calf getting back to strength? How long before the new addition to the family?
Sorry to hear you are still feeling the effects of your foot injury. You seem to be having good gym sessions. Looks like time is the best cure for the foot.

I am feeling much fitter now managed the best part of three weeks running most days with a few road races thrown in as well.

A glass of wine will do you good after a 12 hour shift enjoy it.

I have been giving the 10K road races a bash for the last couple of weeks with some improvement along the way.

Looking for the fell races next.

Having a small glass of white myself tonight. Only 4 weeks to our new little arrival although I have the vibes he/she may arrive a lot earlier?

I think a wet suit may be needed to go along with the wellies for Harrymoons little jaunt to Glastonbury having seen the weather forecast for the next few days.

The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running
