Emmi had all our staff development last week finishing with a nice Pub lunch at the Druid Inn then a walk up Moel Famau on Wednesday.
When everyone went home I had a run over the Clwydian hills not a good idea after such a big lunch.
One 7 days left at work then summer hols till 20 Aug.

Monday morning and I have the pleasure (?) of the interviewing the first of five applicants this week, well the first of five from the 107 applications we received
staff development week!
Sounds like an excuse for a pee up at the taxpayers expense!
and the idea of interviews all week is quite appealing an all!

I tried to go to a race but I was cutting it a bit fine time wise and then got stuck in trafficso I ran around on a hill on my own instead
how was your weekend calf, have you recovered from your injuries??
