Bug will be swatted very soon, it amused me for a short while.
Physio was ace and hopefully will have put an end to a re-occuring injury. Had a great ride on the bike today though, it had taken a back seat lately.

I think sack the Marmite idea and make a nice syrup or marmalade cake
Saturday 8am in Whalley for a little 40 miler...................or whenever fits in with your busy schedule. You must come through the trough, was lovely today.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO want to get the Pink Lady out of her winter hibernation especially with a sportif or 2 on the horizon sadly I DON'T DO saturdays.......although...........*thinks of a plan* then again racing sunday may not be a good idea to have you making me razz along at 20mph the day before I'm expected to 6mm!!!
