Off I go now for the Dragons Back - 4th time marshalling, a long week ahead. See you all next weekend when back home, hoping it doesn't rain.

Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

Happy for Klopp. He deserves his success. Clever guy who works hard and never gets above himself.
Which is why the other guy lost!

Quite an emotional week for me....
My little nephew (and best friend) was rushed into hospital on Wednesday evening with suspected appendicitis. Turned out his appendix had burst and he ended up having an emergency operation in the middle of the night.
When an adult is in pain it’s very sad, but at least they understand what’s going on... but a 4 year old boy just doesn’t have a clue why he’s in a strange room and his “tummy hurts so much”..... when I visited on Thursday he was on morphine but was still in so much pain he basically cried himself to sleep whilst I was there... absolutely heartbreaking...
Went again on Friday and he was 100% better but still in some pain, and on Saturday he was almost back to normal and they were waiting to be discharged. Unfortunately his temperature shot back up and he was kept in.
Finally got out this afternoon after 5 days in hospital.
Have to say it did wonders for my running... I was so upset and frustrated last week I just went out every night and ran like a beast to get my frustrations out.
Good news that he is better Travs. No doubt a hide and seek session imminent!
Visibility good except in Hill Fog
