Indeed daz I think it has started to rule my life I was late leaving tonight again.

A vision mixer is very technical daz and you have to be a geek like me to understand how it works... It has lots of buttons on it which which when you press 'em they make different pictures go out and into your telly and they light up too the buttons do, some are orange some are red very pretty

im presuming this vision mixer has to be repaired and not just chucked out and a new one put in
dont you have spares and stuff
tell em to get a quality one
