    We were deep on the valley between Pen Twyn Glas and Pen Y Gadair Fawr and got chatting to a couple of chaps, one of whom was in the LDWA.....

    I know the guy, South Wales and organised a lot of events including the 100 there, think he did a lot for the Ldwa and may have been a committee man. Wonder if the other guy was a Jason Winney think they walked together a bit. Was a strong walker I recall.

    I saw Britnick at Rombalds Stride in February. Always good to catch up with him. Need to meet up with him for a pint in the lounge.

    Been looking at his Cambrian Way and reliving my walk. Now so pleased I did it when I could and reminds me of what a totally stunning countryside we live in - through the heart of Wales - I believe our generation had the best of it all, there was a bit of edge and unknown in everything we did.

    It was a brilliant 5 days. From scampering over the Rhinogs to bog-trotting on the Plylimon approach, the route has everything. Treasured memories!
