Had a session with a movement specialist yesterday, he was a bit confused as to how some parts of me work under certain circumstances, but not under others. He says after all the past rehab i've been through 99 out of 100 people would be totally problem free by now, i'm in a 1% minority group.

No early starts now, so no more trying to catch Antonio before the turn. Seems as though it could have been made RO discretionary depending on criteria being met.

Its only individual early starts that have been banned.
Races can still have "official" early starts..... i guess it just means if they want to offer early starts to anyone, even just individuals, there have to be marshals and everything else in place, as per the normal start.
Yes, it's been updated on the homepage, age category early starts.

Well, there'll be no early starts in this Lounge! Profits are down, costs are up and local contractors are tardy. Times is tough.
Good news! The pickled eggs are in! Going nicely brown in proper sarsons malt vinegar. And just to cap it all, a local farm has diversified into making crisps so I have placed a special order for plain crisps with salt in a little twist of blue paper buried somewhere within. Such joy! Egg dipping ahoy!
Still waiting for someone to offer a lager. The Old Tortoise is going well. I have been in touch with SA Brain and they have put in a special order for some Dark for us but deliveries may be affected by the road collapse at Talerddig. Ooops, I may have given away a clue to the secret location of The Masters Lounge!

Wheeze i was down your way on sunday, attempting to run the Four Fans route.
(mission was aborted on the way up Fan Nedd due to the shocking weather!)
Interesting info on the possible location of the masters Lounge. We have a cottage a couple of miles from Talerddig, on the way to Llani. Not only has the road collapsed at Talerddig, but the bakery has gone as well. And the pub in Llanbrynmair is closed and for sale. Mind you it was an interesting experience visiting it.
