    Deep Heat

My mate gave me some to try on my leg before i went for a run this morning. Its the cream version so i duly rubbed it in as the directions said, after which i went to wash my hands as the directions stated-so far so good...

......except that before washing my hands i realised i needed a pee,so i had one......

.......after ten minutes stood over the bathroom sink with my todger under the cold water tap , the importance of washing ones hands immediately after applying the cream was firmly etched in my mind.
    Still too heavy to run

Once had some fiery jack rubbed into to delicate bits by some hairy arsed Para's. Kind of a welcome to the club thing. I will never forget that act of kindness

Slightly like last night when i had a chicken kebab with extra chilli then proceeded to remoe my contact lenses.

Had a few experiences in my old XC days with deep heat. Tiger Balm is better

Baz you should have dipped it in Muller yoghurt to sooth it mate

    Yeah-yoghurt would have been better!

I dont honestly know if it made a great deal of difference. My physio insists that i need to keep it warm,he wants me to wear tights, but i cant stand running in anything but shorts.

    Re: Deep Heat

We all seem to have had deep heat or ralgex rubbed into our bits at some point and now we fell run, I think there is a research piece here.

My story is that in the days of chamois shorts I used to get thrush. After a particulalrly heavy drinking session I woke up in the small hours itching like mad and still half cut. I massaged the affected area only to find I had picked up my ralgex and not the E45 cream, though it hurt the main benefit was that it had never been so big
