Deep Heat

Was at a house party in my younger days - someone put deep heat on either the toilet door handle or the flush handle.
Caused much merriment for a while except for the victims - gave away them that didn't wash their hands!

I dont honestly know if it made a great deal of difference. My physio insists that i need to keep it warm,he wants me to wear tights,but i cant stand running in anything but shorts.

so is that the leg you need to keep warm or your swollen bit?
