    Standing Order for Membership

I filled in the form to pay my FRA membership by Standing Order, but my bank want to know what date to make the annual payment

what would be the best date to put?

    1st Dec?
    1st Jan?
    15th Jan?
    other?

    (maybe I should start a poll )

I thought it stated the date on the membership renewal form that came with the magazine? My standing order goes out on 10th January.

    Re: Standing Order for Members

I just sent the bit that was supposed to go to the bank to the bank, and can't remember what was on that bit - presumably there was nothing specifying the date on that bit - I guess I just assumed the bank and the FRA would sort it out between them...

anyway, Jan.10th sounds good - I'll pop into my bank at lunch-time...

    Cheers

    Re: Standing Order for Members

seems I had forgotten to "delete as applicable" to distinguish between the £12 and £18 options

also, the date did say 10th January, but the guy at the bank admitted they were being a bit pedantic in wanting the year 2009 to be specified for the start date
