'O' shoes (with metal dobs)

How do these Scandinavian(I assume they are) shoes compare to walshes, inov-8s etc? Anyone else use these instead
The other thing I was wondering: can customers visit Compass point,or is it mail order only?

CL. Jalas are Finnish - also, I'm told, the only company that make ski-boots dedicated to ski-jumping, watch any international event and they are all in Jalas boots. Orienteering friends, who also fell-run, tell me that these and the Swedish 'Olway' shoes are far more bomb-proof than British fell shoes.

I used a pair of VJ dobs last weekend at White Coppice - brilliant on ice covered tracks, felt very safe. Have had Jalas in the past which I found more comfortable. Bought the VJs because at the time they were on special offer.
