I prefer my oats uncooked and with cold milk. Mornflake organic for preference mixed with raisins and chopped brazil nuts
Stir in some raisins, some crushed brazils and walnuts and a good spoonful of honey too. Just the job. Any leftover makes good Polyfilla!
