    cycling shoes for orthotics

A long shot, but having recently started cyclocross and enjoyed it, I wondered if there are any recommendations out there for road and for off-road cycling shoes that have a high enough toe in to fit orthotics?
Have tried running (during cross) with flat feet and no orthotics but has really messed my illiotibial and left knee.
    Help!
    Thanks
PS would love to persude innov8 to do a Mudclaw cyclocross shoe

Don't think the Inov8 CX shoe would be up to much, if their attempt at an 'O' shoe is anything to go by.

If I was an orthotic, I don't think I'd wear cycling shoes.

What about trying half a size too big you may find that the orthotic fits to give you a bit more space.

Try some of the touring shoes, they are a bit wider and are stiff enough to ride with.
