    That climb from Scarth Gap onto the Buttermere Ridge is one of the grimmest in fell racing.

    Well he finished 6th (2nd V40) [unattached] out of 57 finishers so if he was he either fell apart or had a storming second half.

    i now have 2 after the original arrived a week after the replacement (which arrived in about 2 days!)
