    Bingley Vest (Old Style)

    Classic collectors item

Men's medium sized vest (I think...could be large..!)

    Free to good home!

Many years ago I ran for Bingley but now having an early spring clean so thought someone here would like it (..rather than it's destined home at a charity shop)

Vest has seen reasonable number of races / washes but still in good nick and a far better design than the current strip. 'bout time you got a spare Brucie...?

PM me if you'd like it. Can deliver to convienient race (...Giants Tooth on Thursday...?)

Well, yes, probably a small fortune if I came out of anonymity and put my name to it, but tbh I'm quite shy with all my achievements and I didn't want a bidding war amongst all of mi'pals.

The vest has now found a new home.

Nice post! I'll resist the temptation to reply in jest!

Actually, joking apart, I do like the old vest far better than the new one. When are your gang going to revert to this style. As I recall the new style came about by a sponsorship deal which, I think, ended some time ago..? The old vest had class...even when I wore it!

Sponsorship deal? This isn't road running! Whats wrong with a trademark Wharfedale sheep?

With some of the stuff that was going for thousands on the Antique Roadshow you could have made sumat ere' Stick

Is that supposed to be a Dalesbred sheep?

I thought it was some kind of goat.
