Just seen a physio with my recurrent ankle/foot problem. After a quick look and feel he said that out of the 3 ligaments on the outside of my foot I have one left! The others have been snapped off over the years in various running epics. They have attached but not in the right place, no wonder it hurt! It's mainly stable until I tip it too far then pop. Getting an xray and he's shown me how to strap it and told me not to stop running. Apparently I can teach the remaining ligament ( the one in the middle) to do a bit of the work the others usually do. I have a few other feet problems but nothing too bad.
Has anybody else done this? Did you get it sorted?
