Has anyone got a map of this race please?

Also how is the nav on this

Nav's simple pretty simple.

Well almost - ask Welsh Harrier! :-) If you keep it simple and stick to the paths it's OK, I went a bit wrong after the second climb up.

But the main difficult but was the last run off the ridge where you could end up in the wrong valley..

For large parts it's almost a trail race though, fast running really.

looking at last years results there seemed to be only 35 runners so it definitely isn't a follow the leader sort of race!

looking at last years results there seemed to be only 35 runners so it definitely isn't a follow the leader sort of race!

The brecon races don't seem to get huge numbers, but the weather for this race last year was horrendous. Heavy rain, thick cloud and strong winds. It was part of the WFRA champs but still didn't get a big field.

I think it's one of the only races I've ran around holding a map and compass for over the half the race.

I'm not aware of any cut off times being imposed in the past.
