Good news Mark - have a lovely day on saturday....now have you decided which post run pub you are treating her too

we did have a nice day, nice gentle trot, some walking, went from fell foot, up saddle fell, back down via paddy's pole/parlick. She was a little tired, aching a little today, but we're off again saturday No pub after, just nice few glasses on wine at home.

What a lot has passed since we bumped into each other in the queue for the shower at Horton campsite.

You will have many happy hours outdoors with a like-minded young lady in my experience.

Of course, you may have to join that happy band of fell runners who have to compete hard to keep their other half behind them. (But then we make a well balanced team for mixed competitions.)

There are a few of us at Ilkley with that problem with our ladies being so damn good.
