Just checked the Welsh series races for 2009...the North Wales series is made up of 8 saturday races and only 1 sunday race !!
As you probably have guessed i can't make saturday races,and i suppose alot of others work on saturdays.Why oh why do they have races on a bloody saturday ???

Personally speaking i always have a few beers on saturday and never run fast, no worries

Nice race bit of everything with quite a long run out on forestry trails. Hope it'll be on if there's snow around.
Doing a cyclocross race sunday Iain so not going to make it.

Cheers, not too much on this side until March really, when there's a few shorter races then Ras Yr Aran, but Moelwyns in April is a great race if you can get time off work. Cracking AM, bit of everything.
