    Anyone else from the forum attending this weekends course?

    I'll be interested to hear if this is a course about "what to coach", rather than "how to coach".

    So far its shaping up well on both fronts. Obviously there is a need to get the how right but its all fell related and some useful what as well.

    And I gave Stagger a mild ticking off today for ignoring mine

    Nevermind - it was a good day and spent a bit of time working with Stagger and CCR - both very decent chaps.

    Learnt a lot from today - how to Lambada whilst ascending is perhaps the one I will take with me to pass on

    Lots to take away and think about before the 2nd part in March nice to see that the course has lived up to its billing as fell and mountain running, a good network of people involved which should really help to take this area of coaching forward.
