    May be it was a snow plough getting ready for all the snow thats up there.

    Thats not last minute, you need to turn up at the start and ask who needs a runner for 'last minute'

    That said I have been asked to 'run' why would any one want me I'm not fit enough yet, Any hoo I've offered to stand in as a 'Last minute' reserve if needed

    All the snow is only up there so it can thaw the day before to provide some extra deep, extra cold bogs

    I was on Bleaklow this Sunday doing a spot of ice climbing and Brent (one of the organisors of TT) was along for a play. Walking between pitches I said stay to the side of the clough as I don't know how thick the ice is, just then he went through the ice up to his waist in water and had to drag himself out by his axes

    We got him to the side where he had to strip off and empty the water out of his boots. Laugh, I nearly cried.....

    i've given up my place due to brochitis :-(

    after the last 3 months think i'm meant to be learning some lessons about the difference between partial and full recovery.
