    You can most certainly have my legs, you can have my lungs as well if you fancy a chance. Altough I think Joss would have a nervous breakdown because he is so lovingly attached to my mum and dad that he cant bare to be without them - the big pansy! - So you cant have him, sorry.

    Thought man flu was an urban myth. Just been floored. Not run for 8 days.Gutted! headaches and shivering lasted 3 days. Wife says I'm a tart! Fortunately CWR cancelled so won't have a near death experience by doing leg 5 on Sunday.
