Yes! You can't accommodate the entire world. If the championship is a priority, it's up to individuals to get their act together.
The organiser has asked whether it would be possible for everyone to car share as the parking will be limited.

I think I'll leave my car at home and run over there ~ I'll count it as my 'warm up'.

If you really want to do a race, especially if you are hoping for a champs placing, then you send off the entry forms as soon as they come out to avoid not getting in, what's so 'get a life' about that?
