Yellow snow.
Yellow snow.
Tao begets one. One begets two. Two begets all things.
Porridge and banana at least 2 hrs before. Oats have a low GI so they release energy slower for longer. Apparently Liz Yelling has a tuna sandwich, can't say that would appeal at breakfast time, and the bread may give me stitch. The night before ideally i'd have wholemeal pasta or rice with tuna or chicken and spinach and tomato paste.
(I didn't mean DON'T eat porridge and banana, I meant I eat porridge and banana and it works for me). Re what not to eat, well, fatty spicy takeaways!
So last nights king prawn jal frezi, onion rice, garlic bread, followed by 1 bottle of shiraz and 2 bars of dark chocolate, probably wasnt the best pre race meal?
Oh-and this morning before driving to Stanbury i ate.......nothing!
I know i know-there is no hope for me!
Still too heavy to run
I love kids........................but couldn't eat a full one before a race
Hills and Guinness!
dont eat a grouse when its shooting season
Or a frozen chicken any time at all
Hoping for a far more successful 2009
