Not TOO MANY CARBS on race morning. Last year succumbed to massive gut-rot (at PPP, Tanky's) after a brekky of porridge, crumpet and bananas. Ouch!
Quite happy to make do with a couple o' crumpets & marmalade + cup o' tea now. Run fine on this.

i have sod all before a race, (i dont eat breakfast anyhow) but have energy gel and mint cake during, and if a long run i nom on nutrigrain
