Actually someone at Skyrac does over 100 races every year including up to 50 mile events and in summer often does two in one day and he is over 65...so I am nothing special.

Would that be Malcolm Coles? I know that last yr he did the 32 mile haworth Hobble and followed it up the next day with the Spen 20!!
