    Marathon suggestions

Looking for something different, and thought i might have a go at a marathon. Done Snowdonia a few years back, which I really enjoyed. Any other recommendations? Thought about Langdale, but isn't that 2 laps of the half marathon course?
    Thanks all.

About as different as they come, http://www.capewrathchallenge.co.uk/

I am going back this year for the fourth time, brilliant Week of events culminating with the Marathon, which is as far as i know unique in as much as you use the ferry to cross from the mainland to the CAPE

    Depends on

when do you want to do one?
do you need to train specifically or do you feel you could complete the distance with your current fitness/ability?
do you want to travel abroad?
are you chasing a time (so a flat course) or do you want scenery.
are you booked to play any venues/arenas that may clash with chosen marathon?

Yorkshireman off-road marathon in September, done it twice now and it just far better than any road marathon.
