I am working tonight so won't get much sleep in the morning but will be dragging my backside down to Parbold. I entered online so have payed my money now. I heard the Pudge is turning out for this!

You'll have a good race on limited sleep, 2 hours seems to be the best for me.

I will be there tomorrow. Looks like it will be milder than of late.

I will be there tomorrow may run yet? but more likely to be out on the course with the Camera. Did this race last year well worth doing with a bit of everything thrown in.

Pinno - Don't know if you are aware but the Village Bakery Half Marathon is full, no entries on the day.

I might run tomorrow I'll decide when I get up. 70/30 for at the moment.

Yes Chris. I had hoped to run the Village Bakery Sunday but noticed it was full yesterday. Only concern with Parbold is some of the terrain after having a bad ankle early Jan. Need a few more weeks on the roads before the trails and fells I think.

Looks like a shorts and vest day, about time we had some warm weather.

The lad Burney won it again. Also well done Swoop.
