Trog vs. Three Peaks

3ppps last year with just a hint of cramp... trog last year and this year, severe cramps both times, could be down to fitness, I hope it is or I'm in for a grueller at 3ppps.

The Trog was the one and only race which I did once and vowed never ever to do again, not because it was tough but because it is just awful!
Cant say the same for the Peaks which is a classic and every self respecting fellrunner should aspire to doing at least once in their life.

3hrs 42 for Three Peaks, 3hrs 47 for Wadsworth, but I found the Three Peaks much tougher. Interestingly I did 3hrs 40 for both Borrowdale and Tanky's Trog last year but found both of these much tougher than Wadsworth.

Maybe I just wasn't trying hard enough at Wadsworth.
