    Acupuncture

I have had acupuncture treatment for a knee prob, it absolutely amazed me how effective it was and how it's completely cured it.
So, i experimented and got a treatment post long run for DOMS, yes, no Doms at all.
I can really recommend trying it, it worked for me.
    Generally going nowhere fast.

My ex had Acupuncture treatment to give up smoking. It cost £300! I was sceptical, but it worked (she gave up, anyway.).

Too much information. Don't need to know about the logistics of...oh wait, you're on about carting the weight around on the move, aren't you. Sorry, I thought...you know...er...never mind.

    Re: Acupuncture

Had acupuncture on my back, took a few sessions of gradual improvement till I felt a real breakthrough and the pain just seemed to flow of the needle, weird sensation but it worked.

also had it on my legs and feet, it has worked as very effective pain relief and helped with healing but has not remedied the underlying issues.
