I don't think it's your fault after all. Five days on and it's getting worseIt only lasts for about 2 days, Mrs Stagger has the same symptons. Sorry its all my faultnow it's blocked nose and sneezes too. The mother of all colds it would seem.

Why is my throat still sore?
Started picking up a cold while in Lakes last Wednesday and its got progressively worse since -survived yesterday at work but succumbed to the inevitable today
Just hope I'm ready for a run by the weekend at the latest as no meaningful exercise since friday now...
Got a virus and because im run down my mouth feels like ive been attacking it with a cheese grater.

My chest infection seems to have mysteriously gone now, but going to have a day off anyways to be safe.
