    I don't think it's your fault after all. Five days on and it's getting worse now it's blocked nose and sneezes too. The mother of all colds it would seem.

    Started picking up a cold while in Lakes last Wednesday and its got progressively worse since -survived yesterday at work but succumbed to the inevitable today.

    Just hope I'm ready for a run by the weekend at the latest as no meaningful exercise since friday now...

    ...annoyingly this heavy cold is taking forever to relent - missed 4 days of work and more frustratingly training days too.

    Feeling crap. Yesterday's cold seems to have got worse. Getting a bit achey now as well.

    Hope it clears up for the weekend mate!

    My chest infection seems to have mysteriously gone now, but going to have a day off anyways to be safe.
