Should this be a poll?
I think his posts were killing the forum, but that's the price of freedom of speech. And as I said, he wasn't being malicious, he just thought he was always right.
Yes it was. He was destroying the forum, which was bad enough. But then he began being rude to everybody who didn't agree with his viewpoint. It's not about stifling free speech it's about preventing every post being hijacked and turned into a personal argument between him and "the powers that be" that shouldn't have been conducted on a public forum.
I'm supporting Brett. Anyone who pisses off a forum moderator deserves all they get if I'm honest.

My own running club is in a bit of disarray. Lots of us aren't happy, a few have left. So I've agreed to turn up at committee meetings once a month to try and help fix it. I'm not a "committee person", but I don't want the club folding as a result of me not trying to help sort it. We achieved more in one two hour meeting than 6 months of bitching and moaning on a Facebook group. There's a long way to go, but we've started the process. Just saying....
Your on a slippery slope there Dom. You be 'decorating' socks before you know it if your not careful.
