Finally decided to read this thread and gave the initial test a bash not expecting anything impressive.
I was shaking like a lemon at 17 and had had enough at 20. Need to work at that. Can do plenty of sit ups so will be better at that.
Any one ever done the 'sit up bleep test' - thats a killer.
